Disclaimer
To the best of our knowledge, all the information contained herein is accurate and true. However, we cannot guarantee that everyone will react positively to all the plants mentioned on this website.
It is widely believed that developing a more varied diet would be beneficial to most people. However, many people suffer allergic reactions to some foods, even those in common use, such as strawberries and nuts. Also, other basic foodstuffs like carrots, cabbage and even water can cause health problems if consumed in excess. It is therefore reasonable to expect that some negative reactions may be possible when introducing any new foods to your diet. It is recommended that you make sure in your own mind that you have correctly identified the plant you are about to eat, that you consume only a small quantity of each new food, and introduce only one new food at a time so that you can more easily determine what may have caused any negative reaction.
Please bear in mind that it may take a little while for your body to acclimatise to some of the stronger or more wild foods, which may initially cause a slight upset stomach, as is sometimes the case when people adopt a raw food diet or a large increase in acidic fruits.

3rd party disclaimer
This website contains links to third party sources of seeds and plants, some of which may not be registered and certificated businesses. It is important that you make your own judgement when entering into any dealings with such 3rd parties as we cannot be held responsible for any errors, misinformation or malpractice you may encounter. Particular regard should be given to the correct identification of plants or seeds, as colloquial names are often used and can lead to confusion and misrepresentation. Referring to, and even requesting confirmation of the Latin names of plants and seeds is very strongly recommended.
